You can enjoy your time under the Spanish sun without worrying about maintenance, cleaning, or repairs. When it’s time to leave, simply close the door, and rest easy knowing your home is in expert hands.
We aim to provide the best possible service at competitive costs. If work, repairs, or construction are needed, we can either help you source reliable local labor or manage the project from start to finish.

Basic = once a month €75
Premium = twice a month €100
Prices without 21% VAT
1. Secure key holding and access management
2. Property inspections once or twice a month, and after severe weather
3. Checks of all windows, doors, and alarms (if present)
4. Running taps, showers, and flushing toilets to maintain systems
5. Monitoring for damp, mold, and other potential issues
6. Airing out the property to keep it fresh
7. Watering plants and gardens
8. Checking all lights, electrical outlets, and appliances
9. Collecting mail and forwarding or emailing when available
10. Advice and recommendations for necessary repairs
11. Regular inspections for pests or vermin with suggested solutions
12. Preparing the property a day before your arrival (turning on air conditioning, heating, fridge, etc.)

Cleaning: Comprehensive cleaning of all rooms, terraces, and outdoor spaces.
Laundry: Pick-up and delivery of bedding, towels, and other laundry items.
Shopping & Food: Stocking your home with drinks, groceries, or special requests before your arrival.
Window Cleaning: Professional cleaning to keep your home sparkling.
General Maintenance & Projects: Painting, electrical work, carpentry, gardening, or any other chores and extra work, performed professionally by our team or coordinated with trusted local contractors.
