Zodra we u hebben geholpen bij het vinden van uw droomwoning en u besluit tot aankoop over te gaan, is een reserveringsbedrag van circa \u20ac6,000 vereist om de woning te reserveren. Dit bedrag wordt overgemaakt via bankoverschrijving naar de rekening van de advocaat van uw keuze. Indien gewenst kunnen wij een advocaat aanbevelen die uw taal spreekt en u door het proces begeleidt.

De reserveringskosten blokkeren de woning terwijl uw advocaat een grondige juridische controle uitvoert. Mochten er tijdens dit proces juridische problemen aan het licht komen, dan worden de kosten volledig terugbetaald. Als de aankoop doorgaat, wordt dit bedrag in mindering gebracht op de uiteindelijke koopprijs.

Wie betaalt de makelaar?<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Als koper betaalt u geen makelaarskosten. Bij bestaande woningen worden de makelaarskosten door de verkoper betaald, en bij nieuwbouw door de projectontwikkelaar. Als een woning in samenwerking met een ander makelaarskantoor wordt verkocht, wordt de commissie gedeeld tussen de makelaars.

Voor u als koper blijft de prijs van de woning hetzelfde, ongeacht met welke makelaar u samenwerkt. Uw belangrijkste beslissing is het kiezen van een makelaar die u tijdens de aankoop ondersteunt en u ook na de verkoop blijft bijstaan met juridische, administratieve en aan de woning gerelateerde diensten.
